Six new jobs have been announced at a national BMW & MINI contact centre in Leicester.

Having achieved growth this year Sytner is expanding its UK reservations team based at Grove Park.  This is good news for those seeking employment in the county and for the motor trade which has been hard hit by recession conditions.

“The increase in business at Sytner is a direct result of being very customer focused and getting it right first time,” explains Karin Hardy, Divisional Development Manager.

“We are looking for self motivated, customer focused, energetic individuals to fill the new full and part time roles at the reservations centre to support our 14 BMW and Mini businesses across the network.”

A recruitment event is taking place on Tuesday 10th November at their Grove Park Contact Centre and will give job hunters the chance to find out if they have what it takes to work in the fast lane.   The role of reservations consists of:-

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Giving really great first telephone impressions to our customers
  • Handling inbound aftersales enquiries and reservations
  • Managing workshop space allocation
  • Capturing quality information and up selling of service related products.
  • Undertaking outbound telephone calls to customers
  • Following up enquiries and sales opportunities
