Holland Alexander proud to be hosting a speaker session at IMEX Frankfurt: “The Magic 6” insights to global event production

Louise gives her pre-arrival thoughts.

IMEX America was pretty awesome last October so I am really looking forward to seeing what IMEX Frankfurt has to offer next week.

As a speaker at IMEX Frankfurt it feels great to have an identity and structure to my time at the Expo. Last time around at IMEX I was a delegate representing my UK based events and communications agency, Holland Alexander and I wanted to meet and connect with international buyers and also suppliers. We met a great client at the expo in Vegas and are still working together on UK and international projects so it does work.

2014 has been a busy year for my agency with further international projects overseas as well as evolving the business in the UK to develop venue operation management within our creative assets. It is going to be a strong resource to have our own “home” to promote and sell to host unique and pioneering events experiences.

It will be interesting to see if the European buyers can match the overwhelming friendliness I felt at IMEX America. It will be my first time in Frankfurt and based on the buzz around on social media it looks set to be a great experience and place to do business.

“Magic 6: Global events planning and production insights” is the focus of my speaker session on Tuesday 20th May from 1530, Campfire 1 in the Inspiration Centre.

I’ll be presenting ideas and solutions for how to bring international events and projects together with as little stress and as much achievement as possible; this session will be a very useful 30 minutes. There will for sure be tips and insights you can take away from my session in Germany that will make sense of the upbeat, fast international events sector we all love to work in.
