Visitors to a London health show will be able to take part in a rowing challenge and one visitor will row away with an award winning WaterRower, worth over £1,000.

Total body fitness product manufacturer, WaterRower, exhibiting at the BE:FIT festival 28-30 March, are delighted to be bringing an exciting competition to the event.

WaterRower, designed in the USA and trail blazing here provides the ultimate experience and purity of rowing on water combined with an unbeatable workout.

WaterRower uses its unique water fly wheel to simulate on-the-water rowing with infinite resistance levels. Up to 1,000 Kcals can be burned off in an hour and with accompanying software it creates the best work out experience.

Commercial Sales Manager, Ben Rymer said “WaterRower has been a long time exhibitor at events across the UK. Our stand is always busy. Once you try our machines, you’re hooked. We’re looking forward to BE:FIT and seeing how the rowing challenge works out.”

Every race winner will receive an Equinox Kensington luxury gym 3-day pass and the chance to win their very own WaterRower.

Also at BE:FIT is “ShockWave”, extreme cross-training at its best. This circuit challenge utilises a specially designed WaterRower machine to provide short-burst, high-intensity, calorie-torching intervals alongside functional strength and sculpting stations which target and chisel the legs, core and arms.

Show visitors will be able to take part in a Shockwave session hosted by USA FitPro Geoff Bagshaw and Nike Sponsored athlete and trainer Rory Knight on 28th March at 10.30am.

WaterRower at BE:FIT can be found at stand Ft1.
