At the event proposal and then sign off stages a detailed and comprehensive Event Profit and Loss Account or Expenditure Report is produced.
This provides information on all event expenditure and would make recommendations on methods to increase value for money or any technical changes that are required to either improve the quality of the event or to discuss reduce costs without impacting on the final presentation.
Throughout the planning process an updated expenditure report is presented and discussed with the customer at least every four weeks. All hauk events are delivered within budget and to the highest specification possible. We have experience of managing medium budgets to larger six figure budgets.
