Case Study: Culture Club
The brief: To produce and manage the client's Igniting Ambitions all day conference for 150 delegates, with four high profile speakers and five workshops. The objectives were to provide an innovative conference format with an emphasis placed on delegate's knowledge transfer and networking opportunities in relation to regional and national opportunities gained by the UK Cultural Olympiad.

Solution: This London 2012 themed conference was designed to increase awareness of regional and national opportunities brought about by the UK cultural Olympiad, looking at how 2010 has benefited and looking forward to the next set of regional plans in 2011 and 2012. The delegates invited were from both regional and national arts organisations who will be influenced by London 2012. High Profile Key Notes Speakers such as Martin Green Head of Ceremonies at London 2012, Jeff Moore Chief Executive EMDA, Susannah Simons from the BBC Cultural Olympiad Programme and Paul Brookes London 2012 Creative Programme East Midlands. This conference was unique in its design and; the content was stimulating and inspiring to delegates in the build up to London 2012.
We provided the following pre event planning services:Creation of the event management plan & project plan.
Support liaison with the venue team & plan according use of venue including catering .
Project management & regular update report & face to face meetings as required.
Recording of all delegate responses for attendance & their workshop preference & provide immediate
acknowledgement to delegates.
Coordination of event screen presentations for main conference screen & session screens.
Production of delegate packs including printing or electronic provision of presentations.
Provide final communication to confirmed guests seven and one days prior to the event with any notices or details .
Production of client logos and branding vinyl's.
Production of guest accreditation badges

Set up any client or third party branding items within the venue, including exhibition units.
Recording of delegate attendances and distribution of delegate packs and name badges.
Provide stage management service to support speakers.
ProvideAct of front of house event management team to support delegate requests or requirements.
Provide four holland alexander event team.
Issue post event thank you email with event evaluation report.
Post event meet with the client for debrief and delegate evaluation findings.
